Interactive audio walking tour of the Williamsburg area, exploring the role water has played on the neighborhood’s past and present, and how it may affect the future.
In the not-too-distant future, global warming has taken its toll on the borough of Brooklyn and water levels have rose. Combined with the imminent landfall of a Category Five hurricane, the landscape is changing quickly and dramatically. Take a look at a new Williamsburg- one that’s mostly underwater.
You’re invited on an audio walking tour through the streets of Williamsburg, where you’ll become immersed in the past, present, and even future affects of the neighborhood’s watery roots.
Much like a Choose Your Own Adventure book, the tour will offer choices and decisions for listeners, exploring the neighborhood from a new perspective, while reflecting upon its past.
